Abstract

Since the mid 1990s, the opportunities to participate in higher education have been considerably increased beyond the traditional classroom setting to include distance learning. Advancements in Computer technology and public access to the Internet have provided a venue that supports distance learning as the next logical steps in educational delivery system. The educational pedagogy of the future has been projected to increasingly include classroom courses that are web enhanced or delivered totally online.
