The present study is undertaken to know the satisfaction levels of employees about labour welfare measures in TVS Company. The objective of the study is (i) To study the various labour welfare measures available in the organization. (ii) To know the satisfaction levels employees about Labour welfare measures provided by the organization. (iii) To offer suggestions to improve the standard of Labour welfare measures in the organization. In this study the researcher adopted descriptive method. Descriptive research is used to obtain information concerning the current status of the phenomena to describe what exists with respect to variable or conditions in a situation.For the purpose of the study, convenience sampling method is adopted to carry out the study by the researcher. Out of 150 employees, 75 are selected covering almost all the departments. A questionnaire is used for present study to know the opinions of the employees on each statement. Simple Percentage was used to analyze and interpret the data. The research reveal that majority of the employees are satisfied with all the welfare measures provided by the organization.
